COLLECTIVE is thrilled to be part of the AIA International Conference 2024 in Hong Kong! On Day 2, Friday, October 25th, our directors—Betty Ng, Chi Yan Chan, and Juan Minguez—will guide participants through an exclusive tour of our 83 King Lam Street project. This tour is part of a broader program showcasing a new generation of public spaces, paired with New Office Works’ Cheung Sha Wan Pier Canopy, revealing the creative transformation of these urban areas through collaboration with two major property developers.
After exploring the 83 King Lam Street project, participants will join an informal yet engaging conversation with our directors, moderated by Eric Ho, Vice President of the AIA Hong Kong Chapter 2024. Paul Tse and Evelyn Ting of New Office Works will also join the discussion, delving into the unique challenges and opportunities for small- and medium-sized practices in Hong Kong, and how they can foster innovation together with their clients and other building professionals.
