Sarah Lo

Chief of Legal and Operations

Sarah oversees all business, operations and legal matters, including contract negotiation, corporate governance, intellectual property, data privacy and assists COLLECTIVE’s management team in analysing business risks and making strategic decisions.

Sarah is a dual-qualified lawyer in Hong Kong and Western Australia and has practised law as a solicitor in both jurisdictions. Prior to joining COLLECTIVE, Sarah was the in-house legal consultant of Wisers Information Limited.

Sarah’s early career began at Amazon, and later as a software developer in the global derivatives division at Goldman Sachs, New York. She transitioned to an equity derivatives sales associate at Lehman Brothers, Hong Kong. She also spent 4 years at American International Assurance as a senior business manager prior to discovering her interest in reading law, attending law school to pursue her legal degree.

Sarah brings over 15 years of diverse business and legal experience working for multiple large corporations and reputable law firms in US, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia to COLLECTIVE.
